RECODE ROWLETT
The City of Rowlett is updating its development regulations. The goal of Recode Rowlett is to unify the City's two existing development regulations—the Rowlett Development Code (RDC) and Form-Based Code (FBC)—into one user-friendly document that will help the City meet its land-use goals.
