The assessment of Rowlett’s existing development codes is now available! Visit the Documents page to review the Development Regulations Assessment and the board materials presented at the public meeting on Wednesday, March 22, and visit the survey page to provide feedback on the Development Regulations Assessment.

Project Kick-off Survey Closed

Thank you to the 150+ residents that completed the Development Code survey #1. We are analyzing the results and will provide a survey summary in Spring 2023. The input received in the survey will be reflected in the Code Assessment, which will be released in time for the March 2023 public meetings and Open House event.

The Recode Rowlett initial project survey is now available. Let us know what you think about the Rowlett Development Code (RDC) and Form-Based Code (FBC), including which parts work well, what needs to be changed, and what you think should be key goals of Recode Rowlett.
